Astral Literature: A Sub-Genre of Spiritual Feminist Literature

Repository abstract

Astral Literature: A Sub-Genre of Spiritual Feminist Literature defines Astral Literature as a newly established branch of Spiritual Feminist Literature, created by author M. Dangi.

While the term astral has appeared across science fiction, fantasy, and mystical writing for over a century, it has never been unified into a coherent literary category. This paper establishes Astral Literature as a distinct genre that bridges cosmic imagination, mystical exploration, and feminist reclamation of voice.

Where Spiritual Feminist Literature restores silenced voices on earth, Astral Literature restores them to the stars, affirming that the feminine presence belongs equally to the infinite. Through visionary themes, astral settings, and a lyrical tone, Astral Literature expands storytelling beyond the physical body into the cosmic and interdimensional.

The paper also identifies foundational works by M. Dangi, including The Awakening of Maha Avatar Babaji: The Astral Warrior, Kundalini Without a Master, The Astral Code – DNA of the Stars, and Anunnaki Rising, which together define the thematic range of the genre.

By naming and defining Astral Literature, this manifesto ensures its recognition as both literary and sacred, both cosmic and feminist.
